This bridge crane is a capacity 500 tons 4-girder 6-Rail Metallurgical Crane independently developed by Weihua Crane. This time, only the main structure of this crane was delivered to a large steel company with steel production capacity reaching 6.5 million tons.
Features
It adopts strict and high-standard full-process control, overall processing of large structural parts, overall annealing treatment of the main trolley frame and the heavy-duty gearbox, and the overall assembly, thus the equipment stability is higher.
The electrical system uses advanced energy feedback technology, and the power generated by heavy machine loads is reused, which has greatly improved the energy utilization rate of equipment.
