The carbon brush current collector is composed of carbon brush, stainless metal part and wear resistant plastic part. Spring can make the carbon brush maintain uniform contact. There is a traction arm for each group collector. The double collector system can be used for guiding device or higher current device.

The jointless conductor rail current collector is one of the main devices for picking up electric energy from the collecting side of the conductor system, and the electric energy is directly transmitted to the electric appliance through the sliding contact between the collecting brush and the guide rail, thereby realizing mobile power supply of cranes.

 

 

The current collector consists of a mechanical structure tension device and a collector brush that directly contacts the guide rail. The tension device of the mechanical structure determines the sliding contact pressure of the collector brush and the guide rail and the stability of the mechanism. Wire Rope / Weihua Crane

 Wire rope is applicable for Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane, container cranes, shore crane, crawler cranes, offshore fixed cranes, pile drivers, ship unloader cranes, etc. Crane wire rope is constituted by steel wire, rope core and grease.

Features of Crane Steel Wire Rope:

1. Application: Lifting, towing, straining and load bearing of electric hoist or winch.

2. High strength with more than 1770Mpa tensile strength, large capacity, strong overload capacity, good elasticity, impact resistance and light self-weight.

3. Crane Wire Rope has good flexibility, stable operation and low noise during high-speed movement. Because it needs to be wound on multiple layers on the reel, it should have good bending fatigue performance.

4. It is reliable in work and will not break suddenly. This is a necessary condition for lifting and safe work.

 

 

 

According to the above features, we generally recommend that customers wire-contact wire ropes, such as 6*36SW. In special occasions, we recommend customers 8*36SW or compacted wire ropes.

Crane Rails / Weihua Crane

 Crane rails are the main body of crane tracks. Crane rails provide a continuous, smooth and low-resistance rolling surface for the crane wheels. It is employed to guide the wheels of the crane, bear the pressure of the wheel, and transmit it to the sleeper and ground. 2. Pulling wire rope to detect the linearity of rails. Pulling a diameter 0.5mm wire rope between two ends stop lever, and using a plumb bob to detect point by point, and the interval should be 2 meter.

3. The crane rail joints could be cut into straight joint or 45°oblique joint.

Crane Hook / Weihua Crane

Crane hooks are a part of a hoist or winch of cranes such as overhead crane and gantry crane. Weihua provides light duty hooks (cap. 0.5t - 20t), heavy duty hooks (cap. 20t - 500t), forged hooks, laminated hooks and all kinds of special-purpose hooks.

 

1. Application scope: Hooks for Electric hoist, winch and crane.

2. Two shapes: single hook and double hook. Single hook is easy to make and convenient to use, and its lifting capacity is usually under 80t. When the lifting weight is large, double hook is a better choose for its load-bearing is symmetric.

3. Two types: casting hook and laminated hook. Laminated hook is safer, and its dead weight is larger. It’s usually used to lift large weights and steel ladle.

4. Good-tenacity and high-quality carbon steel is the best material to make hook since it’s good to absorb impact.

5. Hook lifting capacity is 5t to 500t.

ZDS Motor: 

1. Application scope: MD Hoist

2. ZDS double speed motor cluster is a composite motor which is combined by a low speed drive device between two awl rotor three-phase asynchronous motors.

3. The high-power one is the main motor, and the low-power one is the auxiliary motor. That makes ZDS has two mode of speed: high and low.

4. ZDS is a horizontal type motor, its seat is without foot, and it utilizes cone brake.

2. Electric hoist pulley is simply constituted by some fixed pulleys and movable pulleys.

3. Electric hoist pulley is widely used in cranes, winches and elevators.

4. Its functional principles could be summarized like this: when the number of wire-rope strands is odd, the rope end should be fixed on the movable pulley, and when the number is even, the rope ends should be fixed on the fixed pulley; when the number is even, should reduce one fixed pulley; when the pulling direction is opposite to the moving direction of weights, should add one fixed pulley.

5. For light and medium duty overhead crane, its pulley could be cast by gray cast iron HT15-33 and ductile iron QT-10; for heavy duty overhead crane, the material could be cast steel ZG25 or ZG35; and for big-diameter (D＞800mm) pulley, it could be welded by carbon steel Q235-A.
