Weihua Portal Cranes Shipping to Indonesia

At the beginning of the new year 2022, five portal cranes made by Weihua shipping to Indonesia. One MQ25t-32m and four MQ40t-38m portal cranes stand on the 180,000-ton bulk carrier cargo ship and will be exported to Indonesia.



The 5 cranes all adopt the structure of a four-link combined boom and a cylindrical gantry. The slewing device is a large slewing bearing, which can work with hook and grab, and can be used in different working ranges. The corresponding load can be hoisted for horizontal luffing and 360° rotation. The hoisting, luffing and slewing mechanisms can act independently or in combination. The whole portal crane can run in a straight line along the horizontally laid track. All operating mechanisms adopt AC variable frequency speed regulation, the whole crane adopts PLC control system, full variable frequency stepless speed regulation and fault monitoring system.



The driver's cab is equipped with an intelligent status monitoring and control screen, which performs fault monitoring, provides troubleshooting assistance, can realize dynamic monitoring of running status, provides dynamic change graphic display, and has safety information alarm, lubrication maintenance management help.

Weihua Smart Ladle Pouring Machine Runs Successfully

 On December 24th, good news came from Qingdao Huatong Group. The 60t smart ladle pouring machine developed by Weihua was successfully passed the online test.

 

 

Weihua smart ladle pouring machine adopts a new structure and is suitable for casting in a variety of mold bases. It is divided into upper, middle and lower layers. The lower structure adopts three-in-one motor frequency conversion control to realize the operation of different working conditions of the whole machine; the middle layer is driven by double cylinder to realize translational movement; the upper layer is used to carry ladle, driven by 4 side column cylinders, mechanical guide column limit, import synchronous motor accurately realizes synchronous lifting. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision industrial computer and weight negative feedback system. It adopts PLC and electro-hydraulic proportional joint control technology to intelligently match the pouring curve and optimize the pouring path in real time. It matches the high-disturbance remote monitoring module to reduce the labor intensity.

Gantry Crane Project Launched Successfully for Egypt

 

Recently, good news came from Suez in Egypt. The 4 large-span gantry cranes made by Weihua for Elsewedy in Egypt have successfully completed the installation and commissioning.

 

 

The project is located at the Attaqa power station in Egypt, which is near to the Suez Industrial Park. The Attaqa power station is a state-owned power station and is responsible for supplying electricity to the south-central Egypt. It is part of an important national project in Egypt. The 4 MG70T/20T-46.56M gantry cranes are mainly used as maintenance services for Siemens thermal power plant turbine generator sets. It has the features of light weight design, large span, A3 work duty, etc. 

 

 

The customer PSP of Elsewedy is the largest EPC company in Egypt and the second largest taxpayer in Egypt. The company has built several projects in Middle East and African. The successful launch of this project is a highlight in the “Belt and Road” countries and regions, which will greatly enhance the influence of Weihua brand in Africa and the Middle East.

Car Parking System for Hospital

The ribbon-cutting ceremony of car parking system project for Changyuan city hospital was hold on 16th, Oct. 2019. Leaders of Weihua and the Hospital attended the ceremony.
