On October 11th, we received good news from Zhoukou Port, the largest port in Henan Province. A 40.5t rail-mounted container gantry crane made by Weihua Group was erected and received successfully under the condition of tight schedule and heavy tasks.

The crane is equipped with Weihua's patented 12-rope Bi-directional resistance anti-sway system, which ensures smooth and safe operation during container lifting operation, and reserves an automatic remote control interface for intelligent port logistics upgrade. In addition, the container gantry machine is equipped with a fully hydraulic new type container spreader independently developed by Weihua Vehicle. All hydraulic parts are imported, electro-hydraulic control is fully interlocked, and the container is automatically offset. The process level guarantees high quality products. The gantry machine adopts all-digital AC frequency conversion and PLC control speed regulation. The hoisting mechanism also has the function of constant power speed control. The electrical system adopts the system integration scheme of Weihua's independent intellectual property rights.

It is reported that at the beginning of this year, Henan Province has redefined and planned Zhoukou Port. The port will serve as the important capacity for cargo throughput of more than 13 million tons per year in Henan Province, relying on the largest cargo distribution center in Zhengzhou, and the transportation cost was reduced by means of waterways.
