Gantry Crane for Ship Building

The ship building gantry crane can be single girder gantry crane and double girder gantry crane. When it comes to large span and lifting weight, we suggest the single girder gantry crane for ship building which is more economy.

The single girder gantry crane for ship building is mainly composed of steel gantry frame, upper trolley, lower trolley, trolley travelling mechanism, maintenance, lubrication, elevator and electric equipment. And there are rail clamp device (or wheel actuator), anchor device, lifting weight limiter system, wind speed and direction system, limit switch of each mechanism, and the other safety protection device for this crane. The deviation rectifying system can be equipped in case of very large span.

Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane

Rail mounted container gantry crane (RMG crane) is mainly used to load, unload, move and stack containers in railway transship fields and large container storage yards. It is constituted by main girder, rigid and flexible outriggers, trolley travel mechanism, lifting mechanism, crane travel mechanism, electric system and operation cab.

This rail mounted container gantry crane can be 3 kinds based on operating type in storage yards: whose girders outreach at the direction of the single outrigger is called single cantilever crane and at the direction of the double outrigger is called double cantilever crane, and whose girders do not outreach is called non-cantilever crane. Users can choose different types depending on the different demands of yards, storage and transport ways of containers and vehicles (trucks or railway vehicles).

Quayside Container Crane

The quayside container crane is a container handling crane installed at large dockside for loading and unloading ship-borne containers to the container trucks. The dockside container crane is composed of a supporting frame that can travel on a rail track.
