LB Single Girder Explosion-proof Bridge Crane

The design, manufacture, installation and operation of LB explosion-proof single girder bridge crane are in accordance with JB/T 10219 standard. It is used with HB explosion-proof electric hoists.  The explosion proof bridge crane is a light type crane.

With explosion-proof grade of ExdIIBT4 or ExdIICT4, this crane can work at workshops with initiation ability lower than IIB or IIC, and danger area 1 or 2 (according to GB3836.1-2000). The explosion-proof performance of motor and all electric equipment are in accordance with GB3836.2-2000.

Explosion-Proof Suspension Crane

LXB explosion-proof electric single-beam suspension crane is fabricated based on JB / T10219-2000. This product is suitable for use in dangerous places with gas mixture, and grade below IIB, IIC level T4 group, for heavy lifting and equipment maintenance.

Bridge Crane with Magnechuck

Bridge crane with magnechuck is employed to handle metals such as steel products, steel plates, steel pipes and scrap metals. The spreader is a round electromagnetic disc (also can be electromagnetic beam). This magnechuck bridge crane consists of girders, long traveling mechanisms, lifting mechanism, electric control and electromagnet chuck. The electromagnetic suction force of this overhead crane can last 10 minutes after power off. And the shape of electromagnet spreader can be customized in line with the shape of materials to be lifted.
