The project includes 3 sets 320/80/15t-25m ladle cranes and 2 sets 320/80/15t-31m ladle cranes, which have been successfully put into metallurgical production in the customer's workshop.
The 5 ladle cranes all adopt a 4-girder and 4-rail layout, and the main reducer has a stable structure. The crane wheels and the trolley wheels are interchanged, and the trolley is four-wheel drive, which is safe and stable, ensuring full load and safe operation for a long time. In addition, the electrical design has the following characteristics:
★ The system has redundant control function, which enables fast switching of single mechanism failure and ensures safe operation in 365 days;
★ The system has a variety of safety warning functions, such as smoke detection warning, safe area operation warning, remote wireless intercom, etc;

Bridge Crane for Train Maintenance and Handling
A maintenance base for rail vehicles is the place for parking, inspection, maintenance and repair of urban rail transit vehicles such as trains, which is for ensuring the good technical status of vehicles and the normal operation of urban rail transit.
Weihua bridge cranes can be used to lift rail vehicles such as trains, high speed trains, subway trains, cargo trains for inspection and maintenance at maintenance base. This new type overhead crane for train maintenace is designed according to European standard with the following features:

40.5t Gantry Crane for Railway Container Handling
Weihua carried out a railway logistics crane project for Shundihe Railway Special Line of Xuzhou Traffic Holding Port Co., Ltd. The project includes 3 sets 40.5t-18m rail type container gantry cranes.
At present, the 3 rail-mounted container gantry cranes have been delivered for use, which will further improve the efficiency of railway container handling and increase the handling capacity of 3 million tons for the Shundihe operation area.
Features:
• The high and low legs are designed to fit the site, and the upper and lower trolley structures are used. The upper trolley is rotatable to meet the site working conditions.
• The cranes are equipped with automatic unlocking of railway FTR lock and anti lifting system of wagon to ensure safe operation of the whole machine.
• It has the functions of status monitoring, fault diagnosis, information summary, etc.
• The hoisting winding has a flexible two-way anti sway function and is equipped with an electronic anti sway system to improve the efficiency of container alignment.
