Weihua carried out a railway logistics crane project for Shundihe Railway Special Line of Xuzhou Traffic Holding Port Co., Ltd. The project includes 3 sets 40.5t-18m rail type container gantry cranes.
At present, the 3 rail-mounted container gantry cranes have been delivered for use, which will further improve the efficiency of railway container handling and increase the handling capacity of 3 million tons for the Shundihe operation area.
• The high and low legs are designed to fit the site, and the upper and lower trolley structures are used. The upper trolley is rotatable to meet the site working conditions.
• The cranes are equipped with automatic unlocking of railway FTR lock and anti lifting system of wagon to ensure safe operation of the whole machine.
• It has the functions of status monitoring, fault diagnosis, information summary, etc.
• The hoisting winding has a flexible two-way anti sway function and is equipped with an electronic anti sway system to improve the efficiency of container alignment.
Recently, Weihua made a 500T super large metallurgical ladle crane for a steel company, the crane on 4 trucks was successfully launched to the customer's site.
