Carbon brush current collectors



The carbon brush current collector is composed of carbon brush, stainless metal part and wear resistant plastic part. Spring can make the carbon brush maintain uniform contact. There is a traction arm for each group collector. The double collector system can be used for guiding device or higher current device.



The jointless conductor rail current collector is one of the main devices for picking up electric energy from the collecting side of the conductor system, and the electric energy is directly transmitted to the electric appliance through the sliding contact between the collecting brush and the guide rail, thereby realizing mobile power supply of cranes.



The current collector consists of a mechanical structure tension device and a collector brush that directly contacts the guide rail. The tension device of the mechanical structure determines the sliding contact pressure of the collector brush and the guide rail and the stability of the mechanism. The brush is the conductor of the sliding contact of the guide rail to pick up the electric energy.

Travel Switch for Crane Hoist

Circuit Breaker for crane power supply

Circuit breaker is used to cut off fault circuit of power supply system of a overhead crane or gantry crane.

2. Two types: high voltage circuit breaker and low voltage circuit breaker. The demarcation line is not so clear, and which beyond 3KV is usually called high voltage circuit breaker.

3. The function of circuit breaker is to protect power circuit and electric motor.

4. Circuit breaker is usually constituted by contact system, arc extinguishing system, operating mechanism, the release and the shell.

5. Low voltage circuit breaker is also called air switch, and used to connect or cut off the load circuit. It also could be used to control the electric motor which is not frequently start.

Lifting Height Limiter for hoist, crane

Working principle of lift height limiter: when the crane rises, the crane wire rope drives the crane wire rope guide to move, the rope guide drives the contact on the limiter, the contact drives the limit rod, and the limit rod drives the limiter to move left or right, and disconnect the two power supplies in the up or down contactor entry, the motor is powered off and stopped, then the working of the limiter is completed.

Crane Track Rails for Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane, Portal Crane, STS, RMG Crane

Crane rails are the main body of crane tracks. Crane rails provide a continuous, smooth and low-resistance rolling surface for the crane wheels. It is employed to guide the wheels of the crane, bear the pressure of the wheel, and transmit it to the sleeper and ground. Features of Crane Rails:
1. Application: Rails/tracks for Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane, RMG, Project Crane, etc.
2. Pulling wire rope to detect the linearity of rails. Pulling a diameter 0.5mm wire rope between two ends stop lever, and using a plumb bob to detect point by point, and the interval should be 2 meter.
3. The crane rail joints could be cut into straight joint or 45°oblique joint.
4. P shape rail is the most commonly used.

Lifting Electromagnet Chuck Round Disc for Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane

A lifting electromagnet chuck is a disc-type electromagnetic lifter device for a lifting equipment such as overhead crane, gantry crane, truck crane, mobile crane, jib crane, etc.

Features:
1. Special magnetic circuit design with large air gap magnetic density. The coil is made of copper wire, and the coil protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and strong impact resistance. Light weight, low energy consumption, heavy lifting capacity and long service life.
2. Reasonable insulation structure. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum filling to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance grade of the insulating material can reach grade C.
3. The constant voltage control method is usually adopted. If the strong excitation control method is used, the lifting capacity can be further improved.

Note Before Ordering:

1. When the temperature of the lifted material is lower than 100℃, please choose the normal temperature type, when it exceeds 100℃, please choose the high temperature type. Please specify when it exceeds 600℃.

2. When the power-on duration exceeds 60%, please select high frequency.

3. When suspending materials in the water, please use the submersible type (diving depth ≤100m). The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. If the user needs a diving type, please specify when ordering.

4. Auxiliary equipment: When using a single unit, select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current). When multiple units are used in combination, select the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units used in combination.









Note For Use:

1. Check whether the parts of the electromagnetic chuck are damaged before use, and replace them in time.

2. Be sure to check whether the control hub is in good condition before operating the electromagnetic chuck.

3. Observe the surroundings before hoisting, prohibit people from approaching the working area, and prohibit equipment and hoisted objects from passing above the personnel.

4. Check whether the rated current is correct before lifting.

5. Before lifting, pay attention to check whether there are non-magnetic conductive objects between the lifting object and the lifting electromagnetic chuck, so as not to affect its lifting height.

6. The lifting electromagnetic chuck must be placed directly above the lifted object, and then energized to avoid small iron cuts.

7. When landing, be sure to observe the surrounding environment and keep safe.

8. Operators must pass strict training and get the certificate for operation.

9. It is forbidden for the operator to use the electromagnetic chuck after drinking to avoid accidents.

10. After the work, place the magnet chuck in a safe designated location to avoid accidents during placement.
