Features:

Note Before Ordering:
1. When the temperature of the lifted material is lower than 100℃, please choose the normal temperature type, when it exceeds 100℃, please choose the high temperature type. Please specify when it exceeds 600℃.
2. When the power-on duration exceeds 60%, please select high frequency.
3. When suspending materials in the water, please use the submersible type (diving depth ≤100m). The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. If the user needs a diving type, please specify when ordering.
4. Auxiliary equipment: When using a single unit, select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current). When multiple units are used in combination, select the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units used in combination.
Note For Use:
1. Check whether the parts of the electromagnetic chuck are damaged before use, and replace them in time.
2. Be sure to check whether the control hub is in good condition before operating the electromagnetic chuck.
3. Observe the surroundings before hoisting, prohibit people from approaching the working area, and prohibit equipment and hoisted objects from passing above the personnel.
4. Check whether the rated current is correct before lifting.
5. Before lifting, pay attention to check whether there are non-magnetic conductive objects between the lifting object and the lifting electromagnetic chuck, so as not to affect its lifting height.
6. The lifting electromagnetic chuck must be placed directly above the lifted object, and then energized to avoid small iron cuts.
7. When landing, be sure to observe the surrounding environment and keep safe.
8. Operators must pass strict training and get the certificate for operation.
9. It is forbidden for the operator to use the electromagnetic chuck after drinking to avoid accidents.
10. After the work, place the magnet chuck in a safe designated location to avoid accidents during placement.
