ZDS Motor:
1. Application scope: MD Hoist
2. ZDS double speed motor cluster is a composite motor which is combined by a low speed drive device between two awl rotor three-phase asynchronous motors.
3. The high-power one is the main motor, and the low-power one is the auxiliary motor. That makes ZDS has two mode of speed: high and low.
4. ZDS is a horizontal type motor, its seat is without foot, and it utilizes cone brake.

Crane Reducers for overhead crane, gantry crane, trolley hoist

1. Application scope: Electric hoist traveling mechanism, gearbox reducers for crane.

Wire Rope Reel or Drum for overhead crane and gantry crane

1. Wire Rope Reel/Drum Application: Crane accessories for reeling wire rope as a winch or electric hoist.

2. Drum units is constituted by drum, shaft, gearwheel, hub, bearing body and bearing.

3. The material of wire rope drum is usually no less than HT20-40 cast iron, ZG25,ZG35 or Q235B, Q345B welding steel plate is also able to be the material for special needs.

1. The surface of the single-layer winding drum is cut with a spiral groove with an arc-shaped section to increase the contact area between the wire rope and the drum body, and to fix the winding position of the wire rope on the drum to avoid the influence of adjacent wire ropes rubbing against each other.



2. The surface of the drum body of the multi-layer winding drum is usually a smooth surface without spiral grooves, and there are flanges at both ends of the drum body to prevent the wire rope from slipping out. The disadvantage is that the wire ropes are closely arranged, and the layers are stacked and rubbed against each other, which has a great impact on the life of the wire rope. Among the structural dimensions of the reel, the key dimension that affects the life of the wire rope is the calculated diameter of the reel.



3. In order to ensure the reliable fixation of the wire rope tail and reduce the stress on the pressure plate or wedge, when the pick-up device is lowered to the lower limit position, in addition to the fixed loop of the wire rope, 1.5 to 3 safety loops should be reserved on the reel. Known as the load-relief ring, this has been taken into account in the design of the reel. In use, the more loops of the wire rope tail are retained, the smaller the force on the pressure plate or wedge of the rope tail, and the safer it is. If the lower limit position of the pick-up device is too low and the remaining number of wire ropes on the drum is less than the designed number of safe loops, the force on the tail of the wire rope will exceed the pressing force of the pressure plate or wedge, resulting in the wire rope was pulled off and the heavy object fell.

Weihua Overhead Cranes Assists Operation of 100000T Graphite Electrode Project

At 10:30 am of December 21, the opening ceremony of a 100,000-ton ultra-high-power graphite electrode project was successfully held. Many city leaders and Weihua Group President Yu Youfei attended the event. There are more than 300 people including city leaders, suppliers, people of design and construction unit participated in the activity.



Graphite electrodes are consumables for smelting iron and steel. As we know, the main characteristics of graphite electrode manufacturing are "dirty, tired, and dumb". As an important raw material for steel smelting, and manufacturers have different size requirements for the graphite electrode, and there is no standardized string and transfer equipment. Most of time, people use primitive manual methods. For example, small-diameter graphite electrodes of each furnace requires more than 20-time grouping and transfers, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the efficiency is extremely low.

In the first phase of a Wharf Project in China, Weihua undertook a total of 11 fixed belt conveyors, 5 mobile belt conveyors, 4 transfer stations, 2 transfer funnels, and 2 ship loader, 2 floating cranes.



For supporting terminal project of the 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration base in a Petrochemical company, Weihua provide dry bulk terminal belt conveyor and ancillary equipment system including 8 belt conveyors and other ancillary equipment systems, of which 4 sets 2200mm large-bandwidth conveyor with a belt speed of 5m/s and a transportation volume of 7680t/h. It adopts a central three-drive arrangement, with a motor power of 3x800kw and a single machine length reaches 950m.



In the first phase of the project of a Coal and Iron Distribution Base, Weihua provides 36 belt conveyors with a total length of about 13km, belt width 1400mm-2200mm, and a maximum conveying capacity of 8000t/h.



Weihua made the belt conveyor equipment for the railway loading system of a Mining Company. This project includes 5 new and 4 modified belt conveyors with a total length of 1711m and a transportation capacity of 5000t/h with a speed of 5.0m/s.



In a Coal Mining company project, the Weihua provide the retractable belt conveyor with total length of 6.3 kilometers, conveying capacity of 5000t/h, belt speed of 4.5m/s, and a belt width of 1600mm. It is controlled by a frequency conversion integrated machine.

As the core equipment of the coal conveying line of a Cogeneration Project. Weihua provides a cantilever bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer for the storage and handling of coal of this power plants.
