Semi Gantry Crane / Weihua Crane

 Semi gantry crane is a one leg gantry crane with the other side being supported by a long supporting beam usually fitted on indoor workshop structure or outdoor workshop wall.

 

Semi gantry crane is actually a special bridge crane. Users can choose double girder type or single girder type according to the lifting capacity. Under normal circumstances, a single girder semi gantry crane can be employed to handle stuff with lifting weight less than 50t and span less 35m. If it needs wide gantry leg, high speed operation, to lift heavy pieces and long pieces, use should choose double beam gantry crane.

Weihua single girder semi gantry crane is equipped with a CD1 MD1 electric hoist as lifting mechanism, while double girder semi gantry crane is equipped with a trolley as lifting mechanism. And the girder can box beam or lattice girder for customer's option. The spreader also can be many different types. For example, we provide electromagnetic hanging beam as spreader for lifting steel pipes or steel sheet.

 

 

Advanced Production of Weihua Semi Gantry Crane:

1. All steel plates are processed by pretreatment production line: Shot blasting – Painting – Paint Drying, Eliminate stress in steel plate, and increase Adhesion between paint and steel plate and anti-corrosion.

2. Adopt Germany Messer plasma CNC cutting machine to cut steel plate with high efficiency and accuracy (±1mm).

3. Rolling drum with seamless steel with pressure 1250t. Auto welding and heavy duty CNC lathe for processing.

4. Double gun gantry submerged arc welding for end beam processing.

5. Welding robot for main beam welding, MAG welding for inside seam welding, Ar+CO2 Mixed protective gas.

6. X-ray flaw detection, Ultrasonic flaw detection for welding seam.

7. High temperature quenching and quenching and tempering treatment for wheels to release internal stress.

8. Annealing furnace (1000mm*4000mm*4000mm) for annealing of trolley, rolling drum, balancing beam, wheel group and spreader.

9. Anti-sway system can be equipped according to customers' requirement.

Safety Note:

1. Do not exceed the rated lifting capacity;

2. People are not allowed to pass under the spreader when the spreader is working;

3. Do not disassemble the aviation plug of the electrical appliance when the power is on;

4. Just use the original design function and do not change the function at will. If need to add functions, users shall contact the manufacturer to confirm;

5. Regularly inspect and maintain all mechanical mechanisms and electrical components to ensure the safe and stable operation of all components;

6. After each shift, check whether the spreader structure is damaged and whether the fasteners are loose.

 Circuit breaker is used to cut off fault circuit of power supply system of a overhead crane or gantry crane.

2. Two types: high voltage circuit breaker and low voltage circuit breaker. The demarcation line is not so clear, and which beyond 3KV is usually called high voltage circuit breaker.

3. The function of circuit breaker is to protect power circuit and electric motor.

4. Circuit breaker is usually constituted by contact system, arc extinguishing system, operating mechanism, the release and the shell.

5. Low voltage circuit breaker is also called air switch, and used to connect or cut off the load circuit. It also could be used to control the electric motor which is not frequently start.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Hoist

Hot dip galvanizing hoist is specially designed for hot dip galvanizing industry, which has the features of high frequency working, high protection, high stability and accuracy, good matching, less restriction, etc. Due to the special requirements of the hot-dip galvanizing industry, the pickling tank and the zinc pot are generally closed, and only keep the running channel open of the electric hoist wire rope. The channel is narrow, and the standard wire rope electric hoist cannot meet the requirements. So, this hot dip galvanizing hoist is a good choice.

The working duty of the electric hoist can reach M6, the lifting speed can reach 16m/min, and the running speed can reach 30m/min, which can effectively meet the high frequency and heavy load requirements of users.

The protection level of the motor and electric control box is IP55; high-strength galvanized steel wire rope; the outer surface of the hoist structure is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint; part of the hoist's connecting parts and fasteners are made of chrome or stainless steel, which eliminates safety hazards and improves production efficiency.

 

The electric hoist works in pairs, and the hook adopts a vertical lifting structure design, which effectively ensures the stability of lifting goods on site.

 

Electric hoist lifting mechanism and operating mechanism can be equipped with frequency converter and encoder, thus the positioning is accurate, and the electric hoist can be fully automated.
