Insulation Overhead Crane

Insulation overhead crane is widely used in smelting workshops of electrolyzing nonferrous metal, aluminum and magnesium. 

Insulation overhead crane is widely used in smelting workshops of electrolytic nonferrous metal, aluminum and magnesium. This insulation overhead crane is constituted by box-type main girder, crane traveling mechanism, trolley and electrical parts.

To prevent the current passing through the lifting mechanism to the crane and threatening the operator's life, parts of the insulation overhead crane are protected by insulation treatment. Insulation overhead crane work level is heavy duty, so the main lifting is equipped with dual braking in order to ensure safe production.

Features of Insulation Overhead Crane:

1. Three parts are insulated to ensure the security on the hook, pulley, lifting mechanism, trolley frame and the crane;

2. The impedance of each insulation is not less than 1 mΩ at 20℃~25℃ room temperature and humidity ≦85%.

This crane is mainly used to distribute steel-pipes in production line before the steel-pipes being sawed. It can transport materials from one roller table to any appointed places, thus realize intelligent steel-pipe distribution. 

Features of Intelligent Steel Pipe Distribution Crane:

1. Position signal is input from the encoder to PLC achieving automatic precise positioning. The PLC calculates the speed, and V-shaped structured wire-rope for anti-sway to reduce swing amplitude and increase the production efficiency and safety of the crane.

2. This crane adopts redundant design scheme. The lifting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism and electric parts have backups system that increases its reliability.

3. Anti-sway and automatic precise positioning system to accomplish full-automatic, quick and intelligent transport and distribution of steel pipes.

Weihua Smart Ladle Pouring Machine Runs Successfully

On December 24th, good news came from Qingdao Huatong Group. The 60t smart ladle pouring machine developed by Weihua was successfully passed the online test.

Weihua smart ladle pouring machine adopts a new structure and is suitable for casting in a variety of mold bases. It is divided into upper, middle and lower layers. The lower structure adopts three-in-one motor frequency conversion control to realize the operation of different working conditions of the whole machine; the middle layer is driven by double cylinder to realize translational movement; the upper layer is used to carry ladle, driven by 4 side column cylinders, mechanical guide column limit, import synchronous motor accurately realizes synchronous lifting. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision industrial computer and weight negative feedback system. It adopts PLC and electro-hydraulic proportional joint control technology to intelligently match the pouring curve and optimize the pouring path in real time. It matches the high-disturbance remote monitoring module to reduce the labor intensity.

Weihua Intelligent ladle Pouring machine changed the casting process of traditional casting cranes, transforming the pouring of molten steel from the air into the "self-flow" from the bottom of the ladle, which improving the safety of pouring, and accurately controlling the pouring speed and usage of molten steel, and effectively improve casting quality and steel utilization.
