Dock Belt Conveyor
2 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 2200mm were successfully installed and commissioned in the green petrochemical base of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Yushan Island, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. There are total of 8 conveyors are designed, manufactured and installed by Henan Weihua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd for this project.
40 million tons / year refining and chemical integration project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. with total investment of 173 billion yuan has 2 phases of construction. In the current 1st phase of the project, our company mainly undertakes the supporting terminal project dry bulk terminal belt conveyor. The machine and auxiliary system devices are: 4 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 2200mm for coal transportation and 4 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 1400mm for petroleum coke and slag transportation.

Features:
1. Belt width B=2200mm; belt speed 5m/s; conveying capacity 7680t/h;
2. The installed power is 3x800kw, the length of the single machine is 950m;
3. The electric control adopts the remote control of the central control room and is equipped with multiple sets of electrical protection to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the whole machine.

This gantry crane is a MG250t-16m A5 explosion-proof crane made for Zhejiang Jinggong Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is a large-tonnage crane mainly used for hoisting of explosive gas environment on site.

100t Metallurgical Feeding Crane
Recently, the QEIII100t (50/25+50/25) bridge crane with 3-beam 4-track and double-trolley for metallurgy material feeding manufactured by Weihua was installed and accepted at the customer site. This product is for the metallurgy feeding process with high efficiency, safety and reliability.

1. The crane is designed with 3-beam, 4-track and double-trolley structure, which can realize the one-way 100t lifting capacity and improve the production efficiency;
2. Each trolley adopts 2 sets of different lifting mechanisms with a steel wire rope connecting the main and auxiliary reel, and the main lifting mechanisms is for lifting the material bin while the auxiliary lifting mechanism is for the tipping of the material bin;
3. Adopting 4 lifting point spreader to improve the convenience of lifting bin;
4. Set up protection devices such as driver's cab cover, downshop conductor protection, safety monitoring, etc., to increase the reliability.

The ME32+3t-30m A5 gantry crane is a large lifting gantry crane designed and manufactured for the People's Liberation Army. It is mainly used for underground construction and lifting work of equipment and personnel.
