Wood Handling Crane
In November 2017, the MG66t wood handling gantry crane manufactured by Weihua Group was shipped to Russia and completed the installation, which works with the timber loader manufactured by the German Sunni Bergen Group at paper mill. The crane not only needs to meet the requirements of low temperature environment, but also fully matches the performance of the Sunni Bergen loader, and satisfies the stability and balance of the loader arm length, lifting and 360 degree rotation in the working range. And the electrical control system of the crane should be docked with the electrical control system of the loader to complete the work.
The customer's high-tech standards also put forward higher requirements for Weihua. Weihua strictly controlled each weld seam according to the process requirements, and the whole crane was subjected to ultrasonic weld flaw detection, and the connection chassis of the loader and the trolley was carried out at the installation site with precise connection. In the extreme environment and strict requirements, it is a new challenge and a huge test for our products.
