Gantry Crane Project in Malaysia
On April 26th, the gantry cranes export to Malaysia have delivered to the construction site and began the installation. Weihua supply the gantry cranes for the project of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC for short) including 6 large-capacity gantry cranes and 11 small-capacity gantry cranes, with a total contract value of more than 10 million RMB. Phase I project gantry cranes are in an orderly installation currently.

Winch Hoist for Dam Gate - China Hoist and Crane Factory
Winch hoist for dam gate is employed to hoist dam floodgate and trash rack, it is mobile or can be fixed on the dam top. This hoist also can be used to lift other metal devices for dam equipment installation and inspection.

1. Fixed winch hoist can be winch type, rack type, chain type, screw type and hydraulic type.
2. Mobile winch hoist can be gantry type, semi-gantry crane, bridge type and trolley type.
Features of Winch Hoist for Dam Gate:
1. Lifting motion is fixed, only goes up and down along the gate wall, and spin the gate around the Support hinge.
2. Water flow power is considered while lifting the floodgate, especially for large span gate, need 2 lifting points and keep in sync.
3. Large lifting capacity, but low work duty, normally lifting speed is not more than 4m/min. While a few dam winch hoist speed can reach 10-14m/min.

Portable Gantry Crane - Light Gantry Crane Made in China

Steel frame structure design is reasonable, which can withstand 500 ~ 5,000KG weight with span of 10m. This crane is suitable for installation, lifting and commissioning of workshop equipment; loading and unloading of goods on the truck and handling of large engine at auto repair shop.
The hoist running on it can be a wire-rope electric hoist or a manual chain hoist. There are brake load-bearing caster, which can reduce manpower, operation costs and improve work efficiency.
