Exhibition in Moscow, Russia 2018
Weihua attended the Bauma CTT Russia 2018 in Moscow during 5 - 8 June. We had prepared the exhibition work together with Russian agents. At the exhibition we had many customers interested in cranes and patiently introduced our products and provide solutions for them.

Mobile Ship Loading Machine

The mobile ship loading machine loader is a large-scale bulk materials handling machinery used for loading the bulk materials to ships in the wharf. A ship loading machine consists of cantilever crane, cantilever crane belt conveyor, flexible chute tube, tripper car, traveling device, gantry frame, tower, pitching device, etc.
Features of Mobile Ship Loading Machine:
1. This machine runs along the wharf with good maneuverability, flexible operation and strong adaptability of ship type.
2. The cantilever crane can only make pitching and extension-retraction movement to cooperate with the traveling trolley via its extension and retraction for the sake of changing the charging position of chute tube, thus it can save the slewing drive and bearing, and makes the machine more simple and portable.
3. The machine has herringbone structure, adopt the tubular profiles instead of plate-girders as the main stress components, therefore, the plate shearing, welding and other procedures are reduced in the manufacturing process to reduce the manufacturing and processing difficulty and shorten the manufacturing period.
4. It uses the flexible chute tube to reduce the dust pollution during the ship loading.
5. The complete machine is intensively controlled by PLC, the main mechanisms is controlled by frequency control mode to realize stable operation without impact.

Fixed dock cranes (or mast crane, or derrick) are commonly seen at dockside for lifting materials and goods between vessels and shore. This dock crane is composed of platform, hoisting mechanism and luffing mechanism, which is for handling 22,000m3 LPG tank.
Features:
1. Adopt 4 driving system for lifting mechanism, and 2 driving system for luffing mechanism.
2. The entire mast crane chassis adopt basin support on concrete platform, which can effectively ease the crane horizontal and vertical deformation.
3. Multi-layer winding line reel drum. Hoisting winding drum wrapped with 4 layers of wire rope, and luffing drum is wrapped with 5 layers of wire rope.
4. Complete frequency, lifting half load speed is 2 times of the full load speed.
5. Using inverter, encoder and a series of electronic control system to ensure the 4 lifting motors keep synchronous running.

RMG Crane for Steel Track Handling - Weihua Crane
The RMG crane for handling steel pipe, steel sheet, steel plate or steel track with electromagnetic sling or clamp sling. During the hoisting operation of large projects for big projects, multiple cranes are usually applied together to hoist the same object through wireless linkage. It is not only safe and reliable, but also effectively guarantee the orderly progress of the task. The linkage cranes also greatly improves the lifting capacity and working efficiency, reduce the use and maintenance costs.
During hoisting operation, usually 2 or more cranes are used together to lift a same big object (oversize and overweight). This requires several cranes to have coordinated action and maintain synchronization during lifting, running and braking. In the project below, 4 RMG cranes are employed to handle steel tracks at railway freight yard.

Weihua Group 30th Anniversary Celebration
On June 6, 2018, Weihua Group held a grand celebration of its 30th anniversary. 6800 Weihua people participated the celebration.
The flag raising and sing national anthem ceremony was held at 8 o'clock in the morning. At 19 o'clock in the evening, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Weihua Group was held with the theme of “The 30th Anniversary of the New Age”. The founder of the group made a speech at the celebration party. The celebration party started with melodious music. The images show the brilliant performances at celebrating party.
