Container Straddle Carrier

The most common application for straddle carriers is for container handling in port terminals and container yards. Container straddle carriers are used for stacking and moving containers. These straddle carriers have the ability to stack containers up to 4 layers. The running speed can be up to 30 km/h with full load. The workers can sit at the top so that they can see situations of front and back.

Portal Crane

A portal crane is a crane with rotary boom and runs along the ground track. Portal crane allow ground vehicle or rail vehicle to run through its portal/gantry, which make enough working space for on-ground vehicles transport.

1. Port Portal Crane: This crane is equipped with a replaceable hook, grab and other spreader, as well as bucket, funnel or belt conveyor for material handling.

2. Ship Construction Portal Crane: For the lifting work at shipyard with a large lifting capacity and lifting height. Usually 2 or more lifting hooks are fitted on this crane. The lifting weight of the main hook vary with the range of work. The working speed is generally slower than that of port portal crane.

3. Container Portal Crane: Used for container handling and stacking at container freight yard.

RTG Crane

RTG crane is rubber tire gantry crane mainly used to handle containers or other stuff such as steel pipe at port terminal, container yard or other outdoor yard. Instead of traveling on rails, RTG crane has tire group as traveling mechanism. The tires allow the crane to travel at any directions.

This RTG crane adopts multi-lifting point, and tires is able to rotate 20°, 45°, 90° with hydraulic transmission. It adopts Stepless speed change for crane traveling and lifting mechanism. This crane is equipped with safe instructor, and overload protector for ensuring safety of operator and machine. All moves of mechanisms are controlled by CAN-BUS.

STS Gantry Crane

STS gantry crane (ship-to-shore gantry crane) is a large container crane used at the sea port shore for lifting containers from ships to berths for unloading or from berths to ships for loading. The lifting mechanism travels along two rails/beams up the gantry structure (waterside and landside directions) to handle containers between container ships and berths.
