Main structure of this crane is designed with 4 girders and 6 rails. The features of this crane: integral processing technology and secondary assembly technology. For the first time assembly, the welding components sizes are fixed and processed by flat position welding to ensure high quality of welding seams; and the secondary assembly is for releasing welding stress before the integral processing of the bridge to ensure the stability and accuracy of product process precision. The two times assembly technologies are great help to ensure the precision of gauge, diagonal and span, as well as users' site installation.

Material Loading Crane

Product Name: Bridge Crane for Metallurgy Scrap Loading

The material loading crane is mainly used in the nickel ore smelting industry for lifting 850 ℃ red clay nickel ore baking material tank. Under Running Crane

The under running bridge crane is a combination equipment composed of electric hoist trolley, main girder, deputy girder and under rail running device. Electrical system is controlled by button switch. This crane cannot be used to lift molten metals, toxic and explosive materials.

Chinese Single Girder Bridge Crane

This single girder bridge crane is a Chinese national standard bridge crane which is travelling on two parallel rails and lifting mechanisms travel across girder. Chinese single girder bridge crane is composed of main girder, end beam, long traveling mechanism, across traveling mechanism (electric hoist) and electrical components. This crane is usually employed for long distance workshops and traveling along the rails on both sidewalls.
