Circuit Breaker of Cranes

1. Application scope: Cut off fault circuit.

2. Two types: high voltage circuit breaker and low voltage circuit breaker. The demarcation line is not so clear, and which beyond 3KV is usually called high voltage circuit breaker.

3. Its function is to protect power circuit and electric motor.

4. It’s usually constituted by contact system, arc extinguishing system, operating mechanism, the release and the shell.

5. Low voltage circuit breaker is also called air switch, and used to connect or cut off the load circuit. It also could be used to control the electric motor which is not frequently start.

1. Application scope: Crane anti-collision

2. Good hardness, good strength, quick recovery, oil resistance, weak acid and alkali resistance, and anti-corrosion.

3. Light dead weight, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and convenient to install and maintain.

4. Basing on its connection mode, polyurethane buffer could be divided into three series: stud type (JHQ-A), platen type (JHQ-B) and flange-plate type (JHQ-C). There are 14 to 21 specifications for each series, and each specification is corresponding to one buffer capacity.
