For light and medium duty overhead crane, its pulley could be cast by gray cast iron HT15-33 and ductile iron QT-10; for heavy duty overhead crane, the material could be cast steel ZG25 or ZG35; and for big-diameter (D＞800mm) pulley, it could be welded by carbon steel Q235-A.

1. Application scope: Electric hoist and winch
2. Two shapes: single hook and double hook. Single hook is easy to make and convenient to use, and its lifting capacity is usually under 80t. When the lifting weight is large, double hook is a better choose for its load-bearing is symmetric.
3. It’s lifting capacity is 5t to 500t.

Wheels of Overhead Crane and Gantry Crane

3. Surface hardness is HB 300-350, and depth of quenching is more than 20mm.

Reducers used on overhead crane and gantry crane
1. Application scope: Electric hoist traveling.
2. Widely used in transmission equipment of mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building material and light industry, etc.
3. The reducer should meet the mechanical strength needs when it’s used in cranes.
4. Crane reducer mainly used in mechanism of lifting, traveling, rotating and amplitude.
5. The needs of suspension-suit-type three-in-one reducer which is installed in traveling mechanism are small volume, light weight and compact structure; and its output end should be Internal spline which is directly installed in wheel shaft, input end should pass through a coupling and be connected with brake motor by flange; and its top should have holes for pin shaft and buffer device to fix on frame.
6. Crane motor and converter-speed-regulating motor for metallurgy are squirrel-cage rotor motor. Squirrel-cage rotor motor could meet the needs of different working conditions, such as frequent starting, braking, overload, reversing, over speed, collision and vibrating. And it also could meet the need of working under invert control, to realize soft start and four-quadrant operation.

2. Drum units is constituted by drum, shaft, gearwheel, hub, bearing body and bearing.
