Delivery of 320t Reducer for Overhead Bridge Crane

Recently, Weihua Group successfully developed a heavy duty 320T crane reducer delivered to user. The reducer length 10m, height 2.2m, width 1.3m. It adopts hard-toothed gear transmission technology and reaches China advanced level. The reducer has the features of large carrying capacity, high transmission precision, convenient installation, long service life and simple maintenance, and the structure adopts double-input and double-outlet form, and the middle connection is by the meshing wheel to realize synchronization at both ends.

The traditional metallurgical crane usually has 2 reducers connected by coupling to realize the synchronous lifting of the two reels. This form has higher requirements on the processing, installation and debugging accuracy of the trolley, and the system rigid is not enough. While the 320T crane reducer greatly enhances the mechanical transmission accuracy, reduces the probability of parts failure, and improves the crane operating efficiency.

Weihua Crane Assist Launching Long March 5 Rocket

 At 20:45, China's Long March 5 Rocket launched at the Wenchang space launch site and the practice 20 satellite was accurately put into the predetermined orbit.

In this launch mission, the bridge cranes produced by Henan Weihua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. undertook the key link of rocket assembly jobs, including hoisting, transportation, overturning, and testing of Long March No. 5 in the factory building with high accuracy, helping the rocket launching successfully!

Bridge Crane 170t 80m for Stator Lifting at Power Plant

 The world highest generator stator lifting was successfully completed in a power plant in Shaanxi Province, China. This lifting task is carried out by 2 sets 170-ton bridge cranes with a lifting height of 80m.

The weight of the generator stator is 290t and the height of the layout platform is 65m, which makes it the world's highest platform. Therefore, the project has extremely high requirements for the lifting cranes.

 

 

The large tonnage, super-large lifting height and super-high lifting accuracy of the 660MW steam turbine generator set mounted on the world first boiler have become an essential element of the Weihua cranes in this project.

 

 

This time, Weihua cranes replaced the orange coat to white color to match the uniform color of the power plant,  and complete the lifting task.
