 A 300t hydropower bridge crane powered by Weihua had delivered to Honduras. It is made for China Construction Group International Project for Honduras Patuka Ⅲ hydropower station construction. This bridge crane is mainly for the lifting of the hydropower generators and turbines.

 

The project is the first large-scale hydropower project in Honduras in the past 30 years. This bridge crane is designed with low headroom, lightweight, small wheel pressure, and there is safety brakes at reel drum tail. Weihua Bridge Crane Installation For Qinghai Electric Power

On November 30, 2017, Phase II project of Laibin Yinhai Aluminum Company was put into operation. The multi-function electrolytic aluminum crane crafted by Weihua was officially put into use. After one year of construction, the second phase project of Laibin completed the power-on test. And the annual output of electrolytic aluminum belts and primary aluminum will reach 500,000 tons. Electrolytic aluminum multi-purpose crane is a large pre-baked aluminum electrolysis equipment, which is mainly employed to complete the following process operations:

2. Replace the anode: pull out the residual pole, put on a new anode;
3. Slag: pull out the residual pole, remove blocks in the molten aluminum;

Installation of Bridge Crane Downshop Conductors

Downshop conductor is a device that supplies power for bridge crane traveling. It is composed of sheath, conductor, collector and some auxiliary components.



In order to facilitate the installation, the downshop conductor is usually installed on the track supporting beam. Take the unipolar combination downshop conductor installation as an example, there are 4 conductor bars, and the arrangement is easy to interfere with the crane walker attachment or main girder, as shown in the following figure:





In order to avoid the interference between the conductor and the crane, it is suggested to use the following 3 ways for installation:



1. Bending bracket for installation can effectively avoid interference problems. Bending height H can be determined according to the actual installation, it is recommended not less than 200mm.





2. The bracket is installed below the track bearing beam, and the sinking height H can be determined according to the actual installation, it is recommended not less than 200mm.



3. Adopt side installation.

No matter what kind of downshop conductor, it must be combined with the size of the plant and crane installation.

80/20t Bridge Crane for Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant

Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant is China-Russian nuclear energy cooperation project, which is the largest technical and economic cooperation project so far. Since the commercial operation of Units 1 and 2 in the first phase in 2007, the Tianwan Nuclear Power Station has cumulatively generated more than 160 billion kWh of electricity, which can be used by 100 million Chinese households for one year.

With the construction of the second and third phases of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Station, Weihua Crane has also frequently installed on the site. Recently, Weihua's 80/20t bridge crane for AC plant at Unit 6 of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Station has been in the installation and Weihua is about to serve Tianwan Nuclear Power Station again.

At 17:30 of March 28th, the 80/20t high position bridge crane for AC plant (radioactive repair workshop) of Units 5 and 6 was finished the installation, which creates conditions for the construction of the follow-up AC plant, and the installation of the main pump assembly platform.

At present, the No. 6 ring crane, rail beam, dome roof assembly and internal installation are under processing, and the construction site management pressure is very large. If the AC plant is installed on the site at the same time, it will affect the working of 1350T crawler crane for the dome.

In the face of site difficulties, the engineering company for Tianwan Project made full use of the time difference, completed the installation before the installation of the ring rail beams, and the work was completed in a safe and efficient manner.
