2. Electric hoist pulley is simply constituted by some fixed pulleys and movable pulleys.
3. Electric hoist pulley is widely used in cranes, winches and elevators.
4. Its functional principles could be summarized like this: when the number of wire-rope strands is odd, the rope end should be fixed on the movable pulley, and when the number is even, the rope ends should be fixed on the fixed pulley; when the number is even, should reduce one fixed pulley; when the pulling direction is opposite to the moving direction of weights, should add one fixed pulley.
5. For light and medium duty overhead crane, its pulley could be cast by gray cast iron HT15-33 and ductile iron QT-10; for heavy duty overhead crane, the material could be cast steel ZG25 or ZG35; and for big-diameter (D＞800mm) pulley, it could be welded by carbon steel Q235-A.

Crane Wire Rope Drum Hydraulic Brake

Crane brake is an important parts for Overhead Crane or Gantry Crane, which can decelerate and stop the wire rope drum rotation of a crane.

Powerail Busbar Conductor Rail System for Overhead Crane

Conductor rail system

1. Single-Pole Conductor Bar System
The single pole conductor bar materials are copper (200A-5000A) and aluminum (150A-3000A). The aluminum conductor bar is provided with a proven stainless steel contact surface (There is no need to add stainless steel strip in case the conductor used as busbar).





Any numbers of poles conductor bar can be installed vertically or horizontally, on straight or curved system. This single pole conductor bar system can be used outdoor with a protective cover which is antioxidant, UV resistant, impact resistant. For high temperature environment (-40 ~ 115℃), the protective cover is available with different sizes for different sized conductor bar. Besides, we supply the full set conductor system, including conductor bar, protective cover, jointing material, feed sets, end caps, hangers, expansion section, Current Collector, tow arm, support bracket, isolation section, etc.

2. Seamless Conductor Rail System
The seamless conductor rail system is without any joints within length 1000m, which is available for 3P, 4P (50A, 80A, 100A, 120A, 140A) with load matching. Meanwhile 3P, 4P can be combined into the 6P or other level. 3. Solid Steel Conductor Rail System
The solid steel conductor rail system is an open style conductor system which is composed of a ladder type copper rod and a channel steel or a T shape copper row and a groove type aluminum. It is supported by high-strength special insulators to form a mobile sliding line that feeds lifting equipment.



The length of the conductor bar section is usually 6m and the insulation bracket installation spacing is generally 3m. This open solid conductor system is usually for large tonnage cranes. The power supply current is usually ≥800A, 1000A, 1600A, etc.

Crane Wire Rope Guide for Electric Hoist

Rope guide is also called wire rope arranging device used to make crane steel wire rope neatly arranged around the drum to avoid wire rope circles in a mess or overlaps causing malfunction to Electric Hoist, or even destroy the hoist. Crane Hook, casting hook, forged hook, laminated hook for hoist, overhead crane, gantry crane

Crane hooks are a part of a hoist or winch of cranes such as overhead crane and gantry crane. Weihua provides light duty hooks (cap. 0.5t - 20t), heavy duty hooks (cap. 20t - 500t), forged hooks, laminated hooks and all kinds of special-purpose hooks.

Crane hooks 

1. Application scope: Hooks for Electric hoist, winch hoist and crane.

2. Two shapes: single hook and double hook. Single hook is easy to make and convenient to use, and its lifting capacity is usually under 80t. When the lifting weight is large, double hook is a better choose for its load-bearing is symmetric.

3. Two types: casting hook and laminated hook. Laminated hook is safer, and its dead weight is larger. It's usually used to lift large weights and steel ladle.

4. Good-tenacity and high-quality carbon steel is the best material to make hook since it's good to absorb impact.
