This machine is suitable for all kinds of bulk cargo loading operations. The material is transported to the head tribe by the belt conveyor to realize the loading of the ship. In the process of loading, this machine can also complete the full coverage of different types of ships in all directions of cabin length and cabin width through single or combined actions of the long traveling, boom telescopic, boom pitching and the cylinder stretching and other mechanisms.

 

 

The main steel structure adopts a truss structure for the boom, a frame structure for the gantry and the rear support beam, a steel pipe for the mast, and a high-strength bolt connection between the main steel structures. The structure is compact, lightweight, and small wind load.

 

The drive of the trolley, the boom and the telescoping of the chute are carried out by wire rope traction. They are all flexible drives and have the characteristics of small impact load and reliable operation.

This hydraulic pitch stacker is a large-scale material continuous loading and unloading equipment mainly used for coal storage operations in the material yard. The ground belt conveyor transports coal into a long strip stockyard with a stacking capacity of 1500t/h and a radius of gyration of 25m. The stack height is 10m and the travel distance is 185m.
