 Circuit breaker is used to cut off fault circuit of power supply system of a overhead crane or gantry crane.

2. Two types: high voltage circuit breaker and low voltage circuit breaker. The demarcation line is not so clear, and which beyond 3KV is usually called high voltage circuit breaker.

3. The function of circuit breaker is to protect power circuit and electric motor.

4. Circuit breaker is usually constituted by contact system, arc extinguishing system, operating mechanism, the release and the shell.

5. Low voltage circuit breaker is also called air switch, and used to connect or cut off the load circuit. It also could be used to control the electric motor which is not frequently start.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Hoist

Hot dip galvanizing hoist is specially designed for hot dip galvanizing industry, which has the features of high frequency working, high protection, high stability and accuracy, good matching, less restriction, etc. Due to the special requirements of the hot-dip galvanizing industry, the pickling tank and the zinc pot are generally closed, and only keep the running channel open of the electric hoist wire rope. The channel is narrow, and the standard wire rope electric hoist cannot meet the requirements. So, this hot dip galvanizing hoist is a good choice.

The working duty of the electric hoist can reach M6, the lifting speed can reach 16m/min, and the running speed can reach 30m/min, which can effectively meet the high frequency and heavy load requirements of users.

The protection level of the motor and electric control box is IP55; high-strength galvanized steel wire rope; the outer surface of the hoist structure is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint; part of the hoist's connecting parts and fasteners are made of chrome or stainless steel, which eliminates safety hazards and improves production efficiency.

 

The electric hoist works in pairs, and the hook adopts a vertical lifting structure design, which effectively ensures the stability of lifting goods on site.

 

Electric hoist lifting mechanism and operating mechanism can be equipped with frequency converter and encoder, thus the positioning is accurate, and the electric hoist can be fully automated.

Overhead Crane with Double Trolley

 Overhead crane with double trolley is an overhead bridge crane with 2 separated lifting mechanism. Different from the 1 trolley with 2 hooks (main hook for large capacity and deputy hook for small capacity), commonly the 2-trolley (each trolley can be also with main and deputy hooks) have the same capacity. People use 2-trolley mechanism for special working conditions.
