The single girder gantry crane for ship building is mainly composed of steel gantry frame, upper trolley, lower trolley, trolley travelling mechanism, maintenance, lubrication, elevator and electric equipment. And there are rail clamp device (or wheel actuator), anchor device, lifting weight limiter system, wind speed and direction system, limit switch of each mechanism, and the other safety protection device for this crane. The deviation rectifying system can be equipped in case of very large span.

Cooperation between Weihua and ArcelorMittal
ArcelorMittal is a global steel group headquartered in Luxembourg. It is the world's largest steel producer and is a market leader in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging. It has a large supply of raw materials and operates a wide distribution network. ArcelorMittal ranked 99th in the world top 500 companies.
Weihua provided 14 cranes for ArcelorMittal, including two 250-ton metallurgical ladle cranes, four 80-ton double-girder bridge cranes, two 25-ton grab cranes and six 25-ton electromagnetic cranes. These 14 cranes are all used in the new steelmaking workshop of the Ukrainian branch of the ArcelorMittal Group, which is now in fully operation.
The cranes designed and manufactured for the ArcelorMittal Group are all with Siemens control systems and Siemens inverters. All motors are from ABB. The gear reducers are all from SEW. The brakes are all from SIBRE.

Double Girder Semi-Gantry Crane / Weihua Crane
Gantry crane is a special kind of overhead crane. This double girder semi-gantry crane only has one side support leg, while the other side is mostly supported by walls of workshop/warehouse.
The double girder semi-gantry crane is mainly applied to lift and convey stuff outdoors. The A type supporting legs under the main girder runs directly on the ground track.

Girder Structure:
1. Truss girder:
The truss girder is welded of angle steel or I type steel with the advantage of low cost, light weight, better wind resistance, but because of more welding point, large deflection, small stiffness, lower reliability, the truss type gantry crane is suitable for the fields with lower safety requirements and smaller lifting weight.
2. Box girder:
The box structure is welded of steel plate with features of high security, big stiffness, which is generally applied to the operation of large tonnage stuff, while the box girder has the shortcomings of high cost, big self weight, and poor wind resistance.
3. Box double girder:
Double girder semi-gantry crane have the features of big lifting capacity, big span, good overall stability, various types, but the self-weight is larger than the other single girder gantry crane with the same lifting capacity.

Rubber Tire Track Laying Crane
The rubber tire track laying crane is more advanced than the traditional track-laying technology. It can be used to lift the tracks with two sets of cranes and carry the tracks into the tunnel for track laying. At the same time, it can be also used to lifting concrete tanks and with casting function.

The ballastless track project of the Israeli tunnel is an important project of the Tel Aviv light rail project. It is the largest government-licensed infrastructure construction project in Israel with the largest investment scale, complicated construction and large technical difficulty.
The traditional track laying method: firstly lay a temporary auxiliary track for the track laying machine and the concrete pouring car, and then lay the railway track by the track laying machine; after the construction of the concrete pouring car is completed, the temporary auxiliary track is removed. The process is complicated, a lot of equipment is used, and the construction period is long.
The advanced track laying method: the tire-type track laying crane has the functions of laying track and pouring concrete, and does not need temporary track, requires less construction equipment, saves labor and time.
The whole foundation of the ballastless track can replace the loose gravel bed track, which has the advantages of good smoothness, high stability, long service life and less maintenance work. The train can run at speeds of more than 350km/h, which is the world's advanced track technology.
