Weihua smart ladle pouring machine adopts a new structure and is suitable for casting in a variety of mold bases. It is divided into upper, middle and lower layers. The lower structure adopts three-in-one motor frequency conversion control to realize the operation of different working conditions of the whole machine; the middle layer is driven by double cylinder to realize translational movement; the upper layer is used to carry ladle, driven by 4 side column cylinders, mechanical guide column limit, import synchronous motor accurately realizes synchronous lifting. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision industrial computer and weight negative feedback system. It adopts PLC and electro-hydraulic proportional joint control technology to intelligently match the pouring curve and optimize the pouring path in real time. It matches the high-disturbance remote monitoring module to reduce the labor intensity.

This vehicle can realize color steel tile pressing and lifting, and the roof tile/panel can be made of any length, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. 2 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 2200mm were successfully installed and commissioned in the green petrochemical base of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Yushan Island, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. There are total of 8 conveyors are designed, manufactured and installed by Henan Weihua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd for this project.

40 million tons / year refining and chemical integration project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. with total investment of 173 billion yuan has 2 phases of construction. In the current 1st phase of the project, our company mainly undertakes the supporting terminal project dry bulk terminal belt conveyor. The machine and auxiliary system devices are: 4 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 2200mm for coal transportation and 4 belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 1400mm for petroleum coke and slag transportation.

Wood Handling Crane

In November 2017, the MG66t wood handling gantry crane manufactured by Weihua Group was shipped to Russia and completed the installation, which works with the timber loader manufactured by the German Sunni Bergen Group at paper mill. The crane not only needs to meet the requirements of low temperature environment, but also fully matches the performance of the Sunni Bergen loader, and satisfies the stability and balance of the loader arm length, lifting and 360 degree rotation in the working range.
