Weihua smart ladle pouring machine adopts a new structure and is suitable for casting in a variety of mold bases. It is divided into upper, middle and lower layers. The lower structure adopts three-in-one motor frequency conversion control to realize the operation of different working conditions of the whole machine; the middle layer is driven by double cylinder to realize translational movement; the upper layer is used to carry ladle, driven by 4 side column cylinders, mechanical guide column limit, import synchronous motor accurately realizes synchronous lifting. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision industrial computer and weight negative feedback system. In November 2017, the MG66t wood handling gantry crane manufactured by Weihua Group was shipped to Russia and completed the installation, which works with the timber loader manufactured by the German Sunni Bergen Group at paper mill.
